Sardina’s Italian Bistro will offer its last dinner service on Saturday, May 15th.
For the past seventeen years, it has been a such a thrill not only to create my dishes and cook for you, but to get to know so many of you. Thank you so much for sharing some your evenings and celebrations with us and for sharing your stories of food and family with me—they have always been, and will remain, some of my happiest memories here.
The restaurant has had many amazing people work for us over the years. Thank you for your kindness and generosity with my staff. They have been an integral part of the spirit and longevity of the business.
As a working chef/owner, each dish I create is a reflection of my family, background and point of view. Everything I put in the kitchen pass-through—from the simplest pastas to my most fancy specials—say this is who I am. So for all your support of that for all these years, thank you, thank you, thank you.
