Vino Noceto Wine Dinner with Winemaker Mr. Rusty Folena

Cost is $65/person, including tax. Gratuity Additional.

Includes coffee.  Other cocktails/beverages additional.

1st Course

Family style presentation of sausage and white bean arancini and grilled flatbread with Sicilian pesto and fresh ricotta.  Presented with Noceto Rosso Blend

2nd Course

Arugula salad with pears and candied pecans in a gorgonzola vinaigrette

Presented with Noceto Pinot Grigio

3rd Course

Family style pastas—our housemade ricotta gnocchi in a prosciutto cream and our traditional puttanesca sauce with tomato, capers, olives and anchovy.  Presented with Noceto Sangiovese Riserva

4th Course

Grilled wild game with a zinfandel-cranberry sauce and local veggies

Presented with Noceto Zinfandel, Original Grandpere Vineyard

5th Course

Mini lemon pistachio cannoli with drunken fruit.  Presented with Noceto Frivolo Moscato Blanco
